Summary: The service provided by the front desk staff was great. The resort itself in its entirety is beautiful and has everything you could want. I was put in the Executive Suite bungalows. They were conveniently located right next to main hotel, and were quiet and had plenty of parking right next to my room, but they were severely outdated. I saw housekeeping come through every day, but when the carpet, bathroom sink and tiles are stained from age, and the wallpaper is starting to peel, it just doesn’t feel clean, you know? The bed was very comfy, though! My overall rating is, meh.

Summary: It’s a beautiful place , beautiful view and but little outdated. The carpets on the rooms and on the facilities, makes this place less attractive. But the people was very nice and accommodating and attentive to anything we needed

Summary: Pros: The resort property is vast and beautifully scenic, perfect for leisurely walks amidst the snow. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Delicious and convenient breakfast. We visited for a ski trip and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a picturesque and relaxing getaway. Con’s: The pullout couch was very uncomfortable.

Summary: Nice clean well kept 4-star Hotel. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast, but meat was cold. Comfortable room, best hotel shower ever had, bed was hard needs a better cover still we slept sound, occasional noise from hallway

Summary: Curtains in the room do not cover the windows. There are not enough panels and they are the wrong type for the rods. No desk as there was before. The fold out couch that is supposed to sleep 2 has been replaced with something of such low quality that even the dollar store would not carry. A coffee table that looks like the Goodwill threw out. Hand rails are loose and dangerous, steps in need of replacement, staff that do not know what rooms are accessible, and an accessible ROCKY toilet. Requested accessible, was offered access with steps with csr saying, " its just a few steps". Wow! Just Wow! Despite saying repeatedly what rooms are accessible and that we have stayed multiple times, CSR ignored me and started making calls to get info and then going on and on about times, offerings, etc. Yhey have a brochure for guests with all info - just give us the print up and listen to the customer. Management has evidently chaned or is non-existent - the place has seriously fallen in quality.
